Sending Voicemails to Email

To send your voicemails to your email so you can be notified of missed calls please follow the instructions below.

Login to the Mitel Connect App on your desktop computer
Click Connect and then Settings
Then select voicemail on the left and verify that outlook is checked.
Then select Notifications and check all the boxes under voicemail

Now you will receive your voicemails in your outlook account. Make sure to set up your recording to specify that you need their name and phone number to call them back.
