Information Technology Helpdesk Update

The City of Palm Springs IT Department is updating the system used to process tickets. The process should be very similar to the previous experience.

Go to Support : City of Palm Springs - Information Technology (palmspringsca.gov) and login via the button in the upper right.

You will use your email and the same password you use to log into your computer.

After signing in you can Report an issue. You can still submit tickets via email to ithelp@palmspringsca.gov.

Your open tickets will also be available underneath the main menu options.
