Review Coordinator and Manage my Reviews
Below is a quick guide to the steps needed to complete submittals/reviews using Review Coordinator and Manage my Reviews.
- Confirm the person completing the workflow is assigned to the permit.
2. You will see that the Review step(or 1st step) and action are automatically started in the workflow.
3. Upload Files into the “Review Files” Tab
4. Navigate to the Review Coordinator screen. You can type “Review Coordinator” in the Omnibar search bar in EnerGov. The assigned staff will have a new task to “Review new files”. You can open this task by selecting the square and arrow.
5. Change the status of any files that will be reviewed in Bluebeam to “In Review”. This can be done by hovering over it and clicking on the pencil that appears.
6. Click SUBMITTAL and confirm all item reviews are assigned to the correct users. Again, this can be changed by clicking on the pencil that appears if you hover your cursor near each item.
7. The assigned users will need to navigate to “Manage My Reviews” and complete their assigned reviews. I do not currently have any reviews assigned to me, so none show below.
8. Once all reviews are complete the Review Coordinator will have a new task and will need to complete the submittal.
9. The assigned user is now free to complete the workflow and issue the permit.
